Don Martinez Chairman & Founder:
Don started his career working as a design engineer working for such companies as
Martin Marietta based in Orlando Florida and Rockwell International in California.
Several years later Don when on to continue his studies in Human Resource Management,
Organization effectiveness and Human Behavior. He started his career in that late 90’s
working as a researcher for Fox Morris and Associates based out of Chicago.
Don has spent his career working both in the Corporate Human Resource department for companies
such as Boeing, the Walt Disney Company and CIGNA Healthcare.
Don started The Domar Group twelve years ago with his wife Martha. Mr. Martinez brings

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Los Angeles.
