Don Martinez Chairman & Founder:
Don started his career working as a Mechanical Design Engineer working for such companies as
Martin Marietta based in Orlando Florida and Rockwell International.
Several years later Don when on to continue his studies in Human Resource Management,
Organization effectiveness and Human Behavior. He started his professional recruiting career in that lat e 80’s
working as a researcher for a retained search firm based in South Orange County.
Don whet on to become well establish and respected in the executive search industry.
With his passion and determination he when on to work for such companies as The Boeing Company,
The Walt Disney Company and CIGNA Healthcare where he was responsible for Human resource and
Talent acquisition management of more than 10,000 employees.
