IDENTIFY OUR CLIENT NEEDS FIRST

While the Individuals hired must be able to do the “job at hand,” they also must contribute to the mission and vision of the organization.
With this in mind, the company, the position, the personnel, and philosophy involved are thoroughly discussed with our client.
After we meet with you and other key personnel within the organization to discuss your needs, we will develop a position description, a candidate profile and a company profile.
At DOMAR, our search process is designed to be both effective and timely.
The goal of our firm is to typically present 3 to 5 of the most qualified candidates within 30-45 working days.
Understanding our client’s culture, the key to recruiting is to hire those professionals that possess a skill set
and demonstrate an ability to be successful within your organization, but equally important,
that fit within your “Corporate Culture".


To determine the profile of a company, we administer psychological tests to various successful employees.

Your most successful contributors usually possess a common intellect, personality type, and sales aptitude, etc.

which defines your corporate culture. Hiring individuals who fit your company’s profile increase the probability of their success.

SELECTING THE TOP CANDIDATES
When working with the client in the beginning of the search process, we determine a candidate’s profile.

The candidate’s profile and the interview over the phone allow us to complete a competency based interviewing.

We rank the level of importance to specific skills and attributes with a numerical range of 1 to 10; with 10 being of most importance.

The behavioral based interviewing and assessment online assessment form along with the candidate

profile sheet provides a sufficient amount of information and a quantitative,

suitability and predictability in measuring

the best candidates that allows us to narrow the list from 50-25 to10-20 candidates.

These candidates are then interviewed personally by DOMAR’s executive consultants.

ASSESSMENT PERSONALITY TESTING
When testing is properly used, psychological profile analysis can be very helpful to the company.

These insights allow a company to develop a profile of individuals, which, if hired, will be a successful addition to the

“corporate personality.” We test candidates during our interview, so there are not any unexpected surprises during your interview.

While no tests can be 100% accurate, they can assist in reducing the risk factor of a new hire.

Testing establishes a norm created by the profiles of successful, long term, current employees by which to compare all future candidates.

THE LINE OF COMMUNICATION
Throughout the search process, we keep you informed. Our clients are provided with bi-monthly activity summary reports,

which consist of a detailed account of our progress and a graphic representation of the recruiting status.

We tell you who we called, the company he/she is with, their title and level of interest in the position and whether or not they are a candidate for consideration.
Our goal is to work in partnership with our clients as an extension to your organization.

With a detailed weekly activity report we keep you inform all along the way.
